Taxation
We are able to undertake Capital Gains Tax valuations on both residential and commercial property prior to entering into negotiations with the appropriate Valuation Officer upon behalf of the Client.

We have experience in dealing with the valuation aspect of leasehold reform whether it be for pure leasehold extension or freehold enfranchisement upon behalf of individual leaseholders, group lessees or freeholders.

Whilst we are not a residential sales agency per se we are often consulted in the disposal of properties by solicitors where independent specialist knowledge and experience is paramount.
