Block Management

We act for both residential freehold management companies as well as stand alone freehold investment companies.  Currently we have in excess of 4,000 units under our administration.

We deal with the day to day administration of blocks of residential apartments, to include the collection and accounting of service charge in respect of the individual lessees, the supervision of day to day routine maintenance and general liaison on management administration matters.   We are actively involved in advising on annual budgets and attend periodic Management Meetings with the representative Board of the management company so as to ensure transparency in administration.

Investment Management

We have an extensive portfolio of commercial and residential investment properties under management both for private clients and charitable trusts.   Monthly or quarterly accounting to clients and full liaison with them in respect of administration of the investment portfolio is routine.

Insurance

We effect insurance on behalf of the majority of our clients through independent, recognised Insurance Brokers and obtain competitive quotations in advance of annual renewal for consideration and agreement of the client.  We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors who are a Designated Professional Body authorised by the Financial Services Authority in respect of insurance mediation activities.

Clients Funds

As custodians of considerable financial resources held on behalf of our clients in a designated account, it is crucial that we are seen and accepted as totally trustworthy.  We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and must comply  with its strict code of conduct and accountancy rules and regulations.

Deposits

We are members of The Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) whereby all deposits taken for Assured Shorthold Tenancies are safeguarded in an approved Government scheme.
